The Beach Cowdrey Jenkins law firm has promoted to the position of partner three of its attorneys: Darryl Hottinger, Mindee Stekkinger and David Loy. All practice in the firm’s Oxnard office.

Hottinger received his juris doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law before beginning his legal career as an appellate attorney for the California Department of Justice. He also has practiced civil litigation and appellate law at firms in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.
Stekkinger participated in the launch of USA TODAY in major markets before receiving her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Her practice areas have focused on personal injury, construction defect, real estate, general civil litigation and insurance policy enforcement.
Loy’s work at Beach Cowdrey Jenkins primarily involves areas of personal injury, elder and dependent adult abuse, sexual abuse and administrative appeals. He earned his bachelor of science degree from UC Santa Barbara and juris doctor from California Western School of Law.
