Chambliss Law Firm Nationally Ranked In Client Service 7 Consecutive Years

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. announced the firm has been ranked on the BTI Client Service A-Team for the seventh consecutive year. The ranking is based on direct interviews with corporate counsel and identifies law firms around the country that excel in providing outstanding client service, said officials.

“Understanding our clients’ needs is key,” notes Mike St. Charles, managing shareholder at Chambliss. “We customize our services to meet their objectives and goals, and this honor for the seventh year in a row is a result of our commitment to excellent client service.”

The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based entirely on direct, unprompted corporate counsel feedback. BTI evaluates law firm performance from the client’s perspective and, according to its website, identifies “law firms delivering the absolute best levels of client service.”

The study’s methodology relies on over 330 independent, one-on-one interviews with corporate counsel to detail how nearly 300 firms perform along 17 key activities driving superior client relationships, said officials. Participants represent a broad range of industries, including banking, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, financial services, high tech, insurance, investment banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail trade, telecommunications, transportation and wholesale trade. The average revenue of the organizations with the highest legal spending this year is $13.8 billion.
